Okay, so I am not a wedding photographer. I have no desire to be one, either. I have seen Jenna Marie Weddings in action and, well, it scared me! (I prefer running after children and pets) However, I love photo booths! I even had one at my own wedding in 2009. And some of those photobooth images are some of the most memorable, cherished photographs from out wedding. :) For the past few years I have provided my services for corporate events, charity balls and weddings!
Photo booths have skyrocketed in popularity in partial thanks to their universal appeal; even the wallflowers will lobe dressing up and striking a pose for the camera! Our booths give guest a chance to express themselves off the dance floor, meet new friends, and create lasting memories. There's no limit on the number of booth images one could take, providing another source of all-night entertainment for your guest.
We've all seen traditional photo booths in malls, stores, and parties - small boxes with a curtain and friends piled in one on top of the other. We take a slightly different approach to photo booths in order to provide out clients with the most fun, highest-quality experience possible! Out booths are "open-air", meaning there isn't a small box to cram into! Instead, we provide a larger area with a backdrop and room for family and friends to spread out, expressing themselves with a variety of costumes, props, and poses. Open-air booths also reduce the expense, stress, and logistics of having to haul a tall, heavy object in and out of the venue. You can even choose your own backdrop, making the open-air booth easy to integrate in your event theme!
So how does it work?
First, we will work with you one-on-one before the event to choose a convenient location for your Photo Booth that's easy for guest to find while also not distracting from the main events. Some venues may have rules about where a booth may or may not be set up, so it's best to plan your booth well in advance to prevent any last-minute surprises!
During the event, I will be there to manage the booth at all times so you and your guests can relax and enjoy the dress-up and posing without worrying about taking the photo or any logistics. Having a camera operator at your booth will also ensure your images are safely backed-up and all equipment is working properly during the event.
We do not provide any on-site printing services due to the logistical difficulty and extreme sacrifice in [print quality. Instead, we display your images on an iPad during the event and your images will also be in an online gallery just days following the event, with a secret password to give to guest for their viewing pleasure! Beautiful, professional quality prints will be available for purchase through the online gallery, or guest can download their photographs at high-resolution and print their own images!
I LOVE albums. These printed books are prefect for displaying all your images and not leaving them on a computer hard-drive to be forgotten. Brides and grooms agree and most choose to add an album to their package. The album is an 8x8 hardcover that can have either a portrait cover or be wrapped in linen or leather. Best part is ALL your images will be in the book. :)
